SHIPMENTS

The shipping fee:

• Italy: 10 euro
• Europe Area: 20 euro
• Worldwide: 30 euro

The transportation of goods in the territory is entrusted to the most important Italian freight forwarders, and home delivery is made within 10 working days (unless different indications on the product sheet).
The times indicated may vary during holiday periods and/or in relation to the destination to be reached.
In any case Chriss Srl is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier company.
The goods are sent to the address given by the recipient in the order form and travel free port to the customer, so any risks associated with transportation are the responsibility of Chriss Srl.
At the time of delivery, the signature of the originator or other person must be affixed to the form to guarantee receipt of the goods.
In case of non-attendance, the pickup must be arranged by the customer with the courier company.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by:

• Credit card
• Paypal
• Bank transfer

Please note: If you use a prepaid or “disposable” credit card, it is recommended that you keep it, as you may need it for re-crediting in case of return.

Payment by bank transfer
Must be within 5 working days from the date of order acceptance.

Security in payments
No details of credit cards used are ever requested or stored; payment systems take place on secure servers in an encrypted environment.

PRICES AND BILLING

Product prices already include VAT.
The sales invoice will be issued and sent to the customer's e-mail address only upon the customer's explicit request through the special check on the “checkout” page.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Within 14 days after receiving the goods, the customer may exercise the right to return the goods received.
The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer.
In case of return of goods by the customer (or inability to process the order by Chriss Srl), we will refund the amount already paid by the customer:

• in case the payment was made by credit card, the amount will be credited back to the credit card used by the customer, in the shortest time possible (based on the timing of the credit institutions)
• in the case of payment by bank transfer the re-credit to the customer's account will be made with the currency of making the payment
• In the case of payment by Paypal, the credit will be made to the payment account

Conditions for acceptance of return
Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were sent to the purchaser., must necessarily have the identification tag of the product (which must be tried on without removing the purchase tag) and returned using the original packaging with which the shipment was made.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

The characteristics of the product (described in the data sheet) and its quality are guaranteed directly by the manufacturer.
Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer is obliged to check them and report any conformity defects to the manufacturing company.
Therefore, the manufacturer is the party responsible for any defects and/or discrepancies and is directly liable for them, in the manner prescribed by the company itself.
